• Search shipment: Tracing Bartolini. Insert the shipment number in "Customer Parcel ID"
• Delivery times: Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 18:30
• Telephone number (pay to call): use this link to find the affiliate number
• Contact times: time is available on the website at the affiliate page

DHL (National and International shipment)

• Website: www.dhl.it.
• Search shipment: Tracing DHL.
• Delivery times: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00
• Telephone number (pay to call): 199 199 345
• Contact times: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 19:00. After 19:00 an electronic automatic system will assist you.
